I lost my tracking number. I did not receive the tracking number. How can I get it?
Kindly search for email(s) from "SPRINGNOIR", look for order receipt and the order number. 

How long after placing my order should I expect to receive my shipment?
The average non-express arrival time is 7-13 working days. An order can, however, take anywhere between 10-30 working days, but is mainly dependent on your location, custom controls, etc.

Do you have a store locally in my country?
We are an online only business.

Where do your items come from?
We are all about bringing you unique and specialty items that you won't find anywhere else. So we source items from all over the world. Because while some of our items do come from right here in the US, there are many items that are simply not available stateside. To keep a diverse group of products you will love, we go far and wide to find the best manufacturers designing the coolest stuff.

Do you charge a cancellation fee?
We do not charge cancellation fees, we generally replace things that arrive severely damaged, and if your order needs to be refunded, we'll issue your refund within 10 business days from our last email.

What is your refund policy?
We have a 90-day money back guarantee. If within the 90 day period if you are not happy with your purchase please send us an email with your order number and contact information to springnoir@booutiques.com . We will walk you through the refund procedure. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.
