Every Wayuu bag is carefully handcrafted by artisans from Wayuu tribe located in Colombia. For them, crocheting is more than a cultural practice. It is a way of express themselves and life as they feel. Each family of the tribe has its own drawing assigned which is what they can knit in their bags. In spite of this, each bag is as unique as the person wearing it. The commitment to their craft is conveyed through the quality of their work.

The artisan’s dedication is demonstrated in the seemingly endless color combinations and innovative styles. This is the reason why the elaboration process takes around 25 days.

This is how we work: when we receive your order, we process it and order it to our supplier in Colombia. Immediately after, the Wayuu artisans start to handcraft your bag with the best materials. When they finish your bag, the item will be sent to your shipping address.
